I’ve been thinking about how much Tammy Briggs had accomplished in her life and how devastating it must be for her community to lose someone of her caliber. She had a Master's degree in Health Care Management, which isn’t easy to obtain, especially while raising a family. It's clear she was an exceptional person who cared deeply about both her career and her loved ones. My heart goes out to her children and the rest of her family. To think of all the good she could have continued to do in the medical field, and the lives she touched, makes this loss even more profound. Does anyone know if any local organizations or her workplace are doing anything in her honor? I'd love to support something that keeps her memory alive by helping others, as she did.
Has anyone else been thinking about the role of mental health in the tragedy that unfolded with Tammy Briggs and her family? It's absolutely devastating to think about what Tammy and April must have gone through, and my heart goes out to their loved ones trying to process such a loss. It's a harsh reminder of how important it is to address any signs of distress or instability within families. From what I’ve read, James Briggs had a history of criminal behavior, which makes me wonder if more support could have been provided earlier on to prevent such a tragedy. It’s just so unsettling and sad to think about how unresolved issues can escalate to something this horrific. Sending thoughts of comfort and peace to all who knew and loved Tammy and April. ?
