Has anyone else heard about the beautiful garden that Bess tended to in her backyard? I just came across some photos on a community page and couldn't help but feel emotional. It's clear she poured a lot of love and effort into it. Those who knew Bess from church mentioned she found so much joy in her plants, and they always said her garden was an extension of her own personality—vibrant and full of life. It’s such a poignant reminder of the light she brought into people's lives. I hope Mako finds comfort in playing there, surrounded by the beauty Bess created. ? My heart truly goes out to her family and friends as they navigate this incredibly tough time. If anyone knows whether the community is coming together to maintain her garden, I'd love to help out if I can.

I’ve been thinking a lot about Bess and Teddy’s life together, especially considering how everyone described Bess as a bright light in the community. It's so hard to wrap my head around how things could end this way. I wonder if anyone else has thoughts on whether there were any signs the community might have missed? It's clear they were both loved in their own circles, but it's so important we learn from situations like this. Maybe there’s more we can do to support families we care about who might be quietly struggling. If anyone has insights or similar experiences they're comfortable sharing, it might help us understand better and maybe prevent future tragedies.
