Has anyone else noticed the lack of attention Corey's case has received in comparison to similar incidents elsewhere? It's upsetting to see how quickly some cases get media coverage and others don't. Corey's family deserves answers and a community rallying behind them.
I live not far from Damascus Road, and it's frightening to think this happened right outside a place so many of us frequent. People need to feel safe in our neighborhood. Have there been any community events or memorials for Corey? Sometimes these gatherings can really push for more awareness and keep attention on finding who did this. My thoughts are with his children and siblings—they shouldn't have to carry this burden without support.
Does anyone else find it so unsettling that this happened right outside a bar like Level 9? It makes me wonder about the security measures in place there, or if there were any other incidents around this area that night. With Corey Thomas's case still unsolved, it's worrisome to think that people might be hesitant to come forward with what they know, whether it's out of fear or just not realizing they hold a critical piece of information. I genuinely hope that sharing details of that night can bring some clarity. Thinking of Corey’s family and friends, and hoping the community can come together to support them and push for some answers. If anyone knows more about the crime levels or safety measures around Level 9, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Hey everyone,
I've been following Corey's case with deep concern, especially regarding the increasing trend of violence in Richmond County. One thing that's been bothering me is the lack of suspects or leads in the investigation. It's been over two years, and I can't imagine the frustration and pain his family must be enduring without any answers.
Corey was not just a victim; he was a father and a brother. It's clear that this loss has left a significant void in the lives of those he loved. I'm puzzled by the stagnant progress in the investigation. Are there particular challenges that the authorities might be facing that aren't as evident to the rest of us? Is it an issue of lack of resources, or perhaps something else?
I'd love to hear thoughts or insights from others who might be familiar with the situation in Augusta. It feels crucial to keep Corey's memory alive and continue advocating for justice. His family deserves closure. Does anyone have any updates or ideas on how we might help?
Blessings and peace to Corey's loved ones during this difficult time.
