I've been thinking a lot about the use of surveillance footage in Darien Gatewood's case. It's incredible how technology plays such a crucial role in solving crimes these days. From what I understand, footage from nearby cameras was key in identifying the suspects involved. It must have been so reassuring for Darien's family to know that there was concrete evidence linking the suspects to the crime. I can only imagine how difficult it is for them dealing with such a huge loss, but knowing there were tools that helped bring justice might offer a bit of comfort. Does anyone know if the footage was clear enough to directly ID the suspects, or was it used to track the vehicle’s route instead? Either way, it’s astounding how much impact a couple of cameras can have on a case like this. Thoughts?
