Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about how the community can really rally together during such challenging times. In the wake of John Baisden Sr.'s tragic death, I can't help but reflect on how Bronwood and the surrounding areas have been deeply shaken. It's hard to fathom the impact that such senseless violence can have on both the families involved and the wider community. The involvement of the GBI and other law enforcement agencies seems to be key in piecing together the series of events that led to the loss of John, Joshua Brown, and Ida Mae Johnson. I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on how the community might better support the investigation or advocate for more awareness and preventive measures in regard to violence like this? Many towns have implemented neighborhood watch programs or town hall meetings to discuss safety concerns, and I wonder if those are options we might consider in response to what's happened. My heart truly goes out to all those affected. It’s essential that we keep the victims and their families in our thoughts and continue to support each other. If anyone knows of any memorials or events to honor the victims, please share. It’d be great for those of us in the area to come together for support. Stay safe, everyone.
