Has anyone looked into the safety situation around Agua Prieto? I’ve read that it's generally considered safer than some other regions along the border, but things can change quickly. Could this possibly have been a snatch-and-grab situation, targeting vulnerable individuals returning to the U.S.? Also curious if anyone has any info on common routes people take to make it back into Arizona from this area. If he was traveling with a group, maybe someone has information but hasn't come forward yet? This just seems really concerning, and I hope someone finds answers soon.

Has anyone dug into the Arizona border crossing stats around the time of Jacob's disappearance? It seems like such a confusing and chaotic process, especially for someone who just got deported. I've read that border wait times can stretch for hours, and people can easily get lost in the shuffle. With so many people crossing daily, I wonder if it’s possible he got stuck somewhere without anyone noticing. Could there have been a miscommunication or error with border authorities? It’s unnerving how someone can just vanish like that, and the system doesn’t seem to help much. I'm curious if anyone has had similar experiences or knows more about the border crossing process during deportation. Any thoughts or info would be appreciated!
