Has anyone heard anything new about Randy Eugene Agard's case? I've been thinking about his distinctive lion tattoo. I mean, it's pretty unique, right? Considering his transient lifestyle, I wonder if anyone at the local shelters or food banks might have noticed a guy fitting his description. Tattoos can be real conversation starters, and someone might remember seeing it, even if they didn't talk to him directly. It's been so many years, but maybe someone out there has a piece of the puzzle that could bring some answers to his family.
