It's been puzzling me how Roy Welch's driver's license info got updated on September 4, 2015—the same day he was last seen. What do you all think? Could this suggest someone else might have been posing as him or had access to his personal documents? It's such an odd detail for a missing person case like this. I know sometimes people update their documents without a second thought, but given the timing, it seems more significant. If anyone has more insights on why or how something like this could occur, especially when someone vanishes, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Does anyone find it odd that Roy Welch's driver's license info was updated on the exact day he was last seen?
