I’ve been reading through old newspaper clippings and found some reports about the GMAC office layout in Jacksonville. I believe understanding the physical setup of the space could provide insights into how Pough carried out his attack and how the victims, including Denise Diane Sapp Highfill, were caught in the line of fire. It's chilling to think that regular office spaces can become scenes of such horror. My heart goes out to her family and loved ones, having to live with the knowledge of how randomly she was taken from them. I've been puzzling over whether changes in office security measures have been made since then that could have possibly deterred such an attack. Does anyone know if they implemented any specific safety protocols in response to this incident? The randomness and brutality of this act are deeply troubling.
