Did anyone else find it chilling how meticulously Serrano planned his alibi? I can't wrap my head around the lengths he went to make sure no one would suspect him initially. Using aliases, booking flights and car rentals on the sly—it's just so premeditated. It's terrifying to think someone could harbor that level of animosity and plot so meticulously over something like business disputes. My heart goes out to George Patisso Jr.'s family and everyone involved. As if it weren't enough to lose someone so brutally, dealing with the complexity of such a deceitful plan must compound the grief. It's a sobering reminder of how deep-rooted vendettas can lead to unthinkable acts.
Hey everyone,
I've been reading through some of the details of the tragic case involving George Patisso Jr. and it got me thinking about the impact that workplace violence can have on a community. I mean, George was just going about his life, working with family members, and then this unimaginable act of violence occurs. It's so unsettling to think about how an environment that should feel safe, like a workplace, can turn into something so dangerous because of unresolved grudges or animosity.
The fact that George was just 27 at the time and had his whole future ahead of him makes this so difficult to process. It's clear that there were long-standing issues between Serrano and his former partners at Erie Manufacturing, but it’s hard to fathom how it could escalate to something so horrible.
My condolences to the families who had to endure this horrible event, and I hope sharing these stories helps keep their memories alive and might serve as a reminder of the importance of addressing conflicts before they spiral out of control.
Thoughts are with George's family and the Bartow community. Such a tough piece of history for them to carry. Would love to hear any perspectives or memories people might want to share about George or the others if they're comfortable.
Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the unfortunate events surrounding George Patisso Jr.'s murder at Erie Manufacturing. It’s unsettling how workplace conflicts can escalate to such extreme outcomes. I've been particularly curious about the impact this had on the Erie Manufacturing employees after December 3, 1997. Can anyone share more about how the workplace environment changed following the tragedy? Did the company implement any measures or support systems to help employees cope with such a traumatic loss? I can't imagine how difficult it must have been for everyone involved. Sending thoughts to the families and those who worked alongside George and Frank.
