Just stumbled upon this case and it's really been heavy on my mind. I think it's incredibly tragic how trust can be manipulated in such a devastating way. From what I've read, Dante was meeting these men to purchase a gun, likely believing he was making a simple transaction. It's chilling to think how a seemingly straightforward exchange turned fatal. What's even more disturbing is how these suspects were caught – someone bragging about taking a life as if it's something to be proud of. It makes you wonder about the mindset and moral compass of these individuals. How can anyone find pride in such a heinous act? I hope Dante's family has found some solace in Anglin's long sentence. Nothing can bring Dante back, but perhaps knowing that justice was served can provide a little comfort. It's just so sad to see a young man's future stolen over what seems like nothing. My thoughts are with those who knew and loved him.
