Hey everyone, I was just thinking about the Brandon Perecz case and wanted to share some thoughts about the area he disappeared from. Anyone familiar with the Skykomish River knows how treacherous it can get, especially in May when the snowmelt is running high. I've read that several people have been swept away over the years in that part of Washington, and it just makes me wonder if there's a chance Brandon could have gotten caught in some of the debris or strong currents. Also, for those local to Sultan, is the confluence of the Sultan and Skykomish rivers a known trouble spot for accidents or disappearances? I feel like understanding the terrain better could maybe help piece together what happened that day. Would love to hear thoughts or experiences from anyone familiar with the area. Stay safe, everyone.
