Just came across this tragic case about Dequarius Durant, and my heart goes out to his family and friends who had to endure such a devastating loss. What really gets to me about this incident is the sheer number of shots fired – 16. It's chilling to think about how premeditated and violent this attack was. It just underscores how dangerous and cutthroat the environment must have been for everyone involved. It got me wondering about the state of abandoned properties in the Mayfair area back then. Were they often used for illicit activities? It seems like this location was chosen deliberately for its seclusion and potential lack of witnesses. If anyone knows more about what the area was like around that time, I’d love to hear your insights. It’s just tragic that Dequarius was lured into such a horrendous situation. Let's keep his memory alive and hope for healing for those who loved him.
