Has anyone looked into local news reports from around late September 2016 for any leads on Carlos Vences Rivera's disappearance? Sometimes smaller outlets cover stories that don’t always make it to the larger media forums, and I feel like there could be something overlooked there. I’m wondering if there were any events or unusual incidents in Texas around that time which might offer clues. Maybe a local charity or search effort was organized back then? It would be amazing if someone from the area might have heard or seen something that could be relevant. It’s sad how many cases just go on without resolution, and pooling our resources might just make the difference here. Let's keep the conversation going and see if we can dig up any overlooked info.
