I’ve been following the discussion around the tragic shooting of Jarvis Henderson, and I wanted to touch on something that really struck me. Has anyone else been thinking about the role of community surveillance in these kinds of cases? I feel like a lot of neighborhoods now have personal security cameras and doorbell cams, but I'm wondering how much access investigators get to this kind of footage. It’s infuriating to hear that even with all our technology, cases like Jarvis’s still go unsolved. I can't imagine the pain his family and friends must be enduring, just hoping for some kind of breakthrough. We talk a lot about fostering community involvement, but maybe it's time more neighborhoods consider setting up shared surveillance systems to aid investigations. Does anyone know if Miami has any initiatives to encourage residents to share their footage with law enforcement? It might not solve every case, but anything that helps get killers off the streets feels worth discussing to prevent other families from facing the same tragedy. My heart goes out to Jarvis's loved ones as they continue to wait for justice.

I've been following Jarvis Henderson's case closely and can't help but feel for his friends and family. It was a beautiful day that turned tragic, all because of senseless violence. I've been thinking about the lack of witnesses in this case. Little Haiti is a bustling neighborhood, and it's hard to believe no one saw or heard anything that could help bring Jarvis's killers to justice. I wonder if people are just scared to come forward. We've seen it happen so many times before—fear of retaliation can keep people from speaking up, even if they hold vital pieces of information. It breaks my heart to think that this lack of cooperation is letting the perpetrators walk free. Sending love to Jarvis's family and everyone trying to heal from this unimaginable loss. I hope someone finds the courage to step up and speak out. We need to break this cycle of silence that just leads to more tragedies.
