I've been following the case of Maxwell Curtis Muennich, and one thing that really stands out to me is the ripple effect this tragedy has had on the Lakewood High School community. It's hard to imagine what his classmates and teachers are going through right now. Losing a student, especially on his birthday, is beyond heartbreaking for everyone involved. The decision to cancel the FSA testing was definitely the right call, as it gives students a chance to begin processing this immense loss. It's truly admirable to see the community come together, offering support and counseling to those who need it. High school can be a tough time already, and for these kids to face something like this is unimaginable. My heart goes out to all of them, and especially to Maxwell’s family. They're dealing with unimaginable grief while also navigating a public investigation and a very shaken community. Does anyone know how the students have been holding up with the counseling sessions? I hope they're finding some solace and support as they try to cope with this tragedy.
