Hey everyone, I've been following James Williams' case from the sidelines, and there's something that’s been gnawing at me. It’s the location where he was found— the 3900 block of West Garrison Avenue. I used to live not too far from that area, and I remember it having quite a complex community vibe. It’s tragic hearing about another life lost there, especially when I think of how many families and hardworking people are just trying to get by. I feel for James’ family and friends, knowing they have to carry this grief, and also the fear that justice might not come quickly, if at all. What a devastating void they've been left with. It’s infuriating to think that another good soul was taken, and the cycle of violence continues. It's high time for the community and law enforcement to truly connect and work together towards a safer environment.
