Hey everyone, I’ve been following Frank Rutledge Jr.’s case, and something that really sticks with me is the location where he was found. County Road 20A isn’t exactly the kind of place you just stumble upon, especially that late at night. It's fairly isolated, and it makes me wonder if whoever did this either knew the area well or had been watching him for a while. Frank was clearly someone who loved being outdoors, which could mean he might have been familiar with the spot too. But how did things end up like that, so tragically? It’s baffling and really hits home how much his family must be struggling to find answers. If anyone around Hawthorne knows anything, even if it seems insignificant, please come forward. Cases like this one deserve closure, and his family certainly deserves peace. ?
