Hi everyone, I recently stumbled upon the case of Jeffrey Rumsey and something caught my attention. While reading about his disappearance, I learned that he had some extensive tattoos, including a Celtic armband and a red star. It got me wondering about whether any attempts were made to reach out to local tattoo artists or communities. Tattoos can be pretty memorable, and artists might remember doing those exact designs. Do we know if the authorities explored this angle? It seems like it could be a unique way to potentially gather more information or jog someone's memory. Just a thought, but curious if anyone else has considered this or knows if it's something that's been looked into.
