I’m still trying to wrap my head around this case. It’s hard to imagine how something like this could happen between friends. I keep thinking about those moments when tempers flare, and things get out of hand so quickly. It seems like there were underlying issues between John and Gary leading up to that night. Does anyone know if there was any history before the fight a couple weeks earlier? The fact that they had been friends makes it all the more tragic. I feel for John’s family and loved ones who have to navigate this loss, especially during the holidays. It’s a reminder of how quickly things can escalate and the lasting impact it can have on everyone involved. ?
