I came across the case of Odell Stewart while reading about the surge of violence in Baltimore back in 2015. It's devastating to think about how many families were affected during that time, like Odell's. What really gets to me is that Odell was one of four people murdered on the same day, which speaks volumes about the chaos and fear residents must have been feeling then. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family is going through, knowing that his case might still be unsolved. The sheer number of unsolved cases from that period must be disheartening for the community and law enforcement alike. It makes me wonder about the community resources available back then and if there were enough support systems to help those trying to cope with such losses. Does anyone on this forum know if there have been any new developments or initiatives in Baltimore to address the backlog of cold cases from that year? I really hope Odell's family and the families of other victims eventually find the justice and peace they deserve.
