It's so difficult to grasp how no suspects have been identified in the tragic double homicide of Juan Carlos Ilarraza and Akeyl Jahmal Dennis. Given the crowded setting of a nightclub, you would think someone must have seen something. It's such a sad situation for the families involved. I can't imagine the pain Juan Carlos's loved ones must feel, knowing their son, brother, or friend was trying to get away and still met such a violent end. There's always talk about people not coming forward because they're scared or think it’s not their place, but I hope anyone who was there finds the courage to speak to the authorities. The families deserve answers, and keeping the silence only helps the violence continue in Pine Hills. Do any locals have thoughts on how the community might support law enforcement efforts to bring this case to some resolution?
