It's deeply unsettling to think about how Preston Burnett's life ended so violently and senselessly. My heart goes out to his family and friends who are dealing with such a tragic loss. I've been following the case closely and something that's been on my mind is how Garst's keychain led investigators directly to him. It seems like such a small piece of evidence, but in reality, it's one of those vital clues that can make or break a case. It's a reminder of how thorough investigative work can be, almost like putting together a puzzle. I wonder if anyone else finds it equally haunting to realize that an everyday object can unravel such a gruesome crime. It's chilling but essential in seeking justice for Preston.
