Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Marlin Goodluck, and something that's been on my mind is the emotional burden his family is facing. The fact that they came together to organize a vigil at the site where he lost his life shows just how strong and united they are during such unimaginable pain. It's truly moving that they chose to honor his memory this way while also calling for justice. It's disheartening that Marlin's dreams of pursuing college football were stolen from him so violently. To think about what his family must be feeling makes me wish there were more ways we, as a community, could support them in their time of grief. Has anyone heard if there are any ongoing initiatives or fundraisers we could contribute to in order to assist his family? I feel like coming together as a community can be powerful and healing. Sending thoughts to everyone affected by this senseless tragedy. Let's hope justice is served.
