Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Kevin Jr. Hart, the young man who was tragically found shot on Ashburton Street in Baltimore back in 2015. I was thinking about the challenges the investigators faced and wanted to discuss the issue of limited witness cooperation. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family must be going through knowing that there might be people out there who hold crucial information but are hesitant to come forward. It's incredibly frustrating when silence protects those responsible for such a horrific act. I believe that community trust and police relationships play a huge role in these situations. How can we as a community encourage people to step up and share what they know? Any thoughts on fostering stronger cooperation between residents and law enforcement to help bring justice to families like Kevin's?
