Has anyone else been following the Robert Mayall case? I’ve been thinking a lot about the role social supports play in these situations. It's tragic that Robert, described as a transient, might have been in a vulnerable position. It makes me wonder if he had access to reliable support networks or friends he could lean on. How differently might his life—and, potentially, this terrible outcome—have been if he had a more stable situation? It's just so sad to think about how some people slip through the cracks and end up in dangerous circumstances. My heart goes out to his family and friends who are dealing with this unimaginable loss. Does anyone have any insights or experiences they can share regarding support systems for people in transient situations?
