Hi everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of community support in cases like Richard's, and I wanted to share some thoughts. It's truly moving to see how the Crestview community has rallied around his family, attending vigils and keeping his memory alive. It’s clear that R.J. touched so many lives and the unity in seeking justice for him is incredibly powerful. This got me wondering: how effective are community-driven efforts in helping solve cases like this one? I know that sometimes police are more successful in making progress when they have a strong community presence rallying for the victim. The vigils and events not only uplift Richard’s family but can also keep the pressure on investigators to keep searching for those responsible. Does anyone know of instances where community involvement made a tangible difference in a case’s resolution? Just hoping to keep our spirits high and perhaps find new ideas to support R.J.’s family and push this case forward. Thinking of Richard and sending strength to all who knew and loved him. ?
