Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this has had on the local community? It’s so upsetting to see incidents like the one involving Alfonso Artice happen in such a busy area with so many people around. The fact that there were so many potential witnesses makes me wonder if fear is keeping people from coming forward. It's tough because everyone knows that neighborhood and the people usually look out for each other. I keep thinking there must be someone who saw something but is either scared or unsure about what they witnessed.

Being just outside Jackson Memorial Hospital, you’d think there would be surveillance cameras everywhere. Are there really no usable footage from nearby security cameras that can give any clue about the suspects or the vehicle that sped away?
