I've been following Raja'Ee Naneem Sincere's case, and something about the location really stands out to me. North Payson Street seems to have been a particularly troubled area back in 2015. Does anyone have more insight into what was happening in that part of Baltimore during that time? It feels like there must be underlying issues that contributed to this surge in violence. My heart truly goes out to Raja'Ee’s family and friends. I can't imagine the pain of losing a loved one in such a senseless way, especially in a community that was already struggling so much. I hope that by revisiting these discussions, we can keep his memory alive and maybe even find some answers along the way.
