Hey all, I've been following Daquan Mason's case since it happened in 2015, and it's just so frustrating that there still seem to be no leads or developments. I read somewhere that the area around Kennedy Avenue had been seeing more crime than usual that summer. It's sad to think that Daquan might have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time, possibly caught up in this surge of violence that wasn't even directly targeting him. My heart really goes out to his family and friends, who must feel the weight of not having answers for so long. It's tough knowing that sometimes justice can move so slowly, or not at all. Does anyone know if there's been any recent movement or if the community has been doing anything to keep his memory alive?
