I've been thinking a lot about the situation in Baltimore back in 2015, especially cases like Darris Darnell Davis. It's so incredibly sad to hear about a life cut short that way. What really gets me is how patterns of violence seemed to surge that year, and it makes me wonder about the impact on the community. Why did witness cooperation plummet? Was there fear of retaliation, or did people not trust law enforcement? I think supporting communities and improving relationships between residents and police is crucial. Did anyone else follow the issues of 2015 Baltimore and have insights on what initiatives, if any, have been taken since to improve these relationships?
