Hey everyone, I've been following the Freddie Calloway case in Dania Beach, and something that really stands out to me is the fact that there were so many people present at the memorial, yet the shooter managed to escape. It's disturbing to think that someone could commit such a senseless act in front of a crowd and not be immediately identified or stopped. I can't imagine how terrifying and chaotic it must have been for those who were there to honor Percy Walker and suddenly found themselves in the middle of a crime scene. It's a painful reminder of how vulnerable we can be, even in what should be safe spaces where we're surrounded by friends and neighbors. I truly feel for Freddie's family and the community as a whole. They deserve answers and closure, and it's frustrating that it has been so difficult for witnesses to step forward with useful information. If anyone knows someone who was at the memorial or has heard anything relevant, please encourage them to reach out to the authorities.
