Hey everyone, I've been thinking about how this murder happened in broad daylight with so many people around. It's shocking how something so violent could occur while families were just trying to enjoy their day at the park. I'm particularly interested in the witness accounts. It seems there were quite a few people around when it happened, and some noticed the dark-gray Nissan speeding off. I can only imagine how terrifying it must have been for everyone, especially with kids playing nearby. I really hope more witnesses come forward and that justice is soon served for Dazel and his family. It's so important for the community to pull together in times like these. Anyone from Jacksonville on here with more insights on how the neighborhood is coping or anything they might have heard?
Has anyone else been following the Dazel Marquis Rashad case? I can't stop thinking about the kids and families who were in Woodstock Park that afternoon. It must have been so traumatizing for everyone there, especially considering how it was a typical day with kids just playing and families enjoying their time outside. I was thinking about that day at Woodstock Park and how terrifying it must have been for the families and kids nearby when Dazel Marquis Rashad was killed. It’s hard to comprehend how something so violent could happen in broad daylight with so many people around. It makes you worry about the safety of public places where we’re supposed to feel relaxed and at ease. I can’t imagine how traumatic it must have been for the children who witnessed it. My heart goes out to them and Dazel’s family. Has anyone heard if there’s been any progress with the security footage from the area? I hope some new leads come up soon so that there can be justice for Dazel and some peace for his loved ones.
