Hey everyone, I'm sure many of you have been following the tragic case of Eduardo Gonzalez. I've been thinking a lot about the impact this must have had on his family and friends. It's incredibly hard to imagine the grief they're enduring right now. From what I've read, Eduardo was well-loved, and losing someone so young and full of life is such a cruel reality to bear. I’ve been particularly struck by the role of technology in cases like this. The fact that surveillance footage was able to capture some of the last moments of Eduardo's life is both chilling and a crucial piece of justice. With modern technology, it makes me wonder how many cases in the past went unsolved without such evidence. While it's difficult to watch such raw reality, I hope it brings some semblance of closure by putting those responsible in the spotlight. My thoughts go out to the Gonzalez family, and I hope they find some peace in knowing so many are standing in solidarity with them.
