I’ve been following the Dailey case since it happened, and something about it just doesn’t sit right with me. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for the family to deal with so many unanswered questions. It’s such a tragic end for a couple who likely had decades of memories together. I’m curious if anyone else finds it odd that no note was left behind if it were truly a mutual decision or a homicide-suicide scenario. Has anyone seen any similar cases where there was no note, but it was concluded with certainty? The lack of clear answers has to be so hard for those who loved them. Sending strength to their family and friends.
Has anyone else been keeping up with the Dailey case from back in 2019? I've been following along, and I just can't stop thinking about the circumstances surrounding Carole and John's deaths. It's truly tragic. I saw somewhere that no note was found in their SUV, which just adds to the mystery of what might have happened that day. It makes you wonder what was going through their minds, especially since both were in their 80s.
It's been officially stated that there was no third-party involvement, but I keep going over the details in my head. The fact that the gun was found between the driver's seat and door is puzzling to me. It seems like such an odd placement—maybe it was dropped there in a hurry? Without a note or any clear explanation, it's a sad and confusing situation for their family.
Has anyone heard anything more from interviews with their family members? Sometimes they release more context later on that isn't included in the initial reports. My heart goes out to their loved ones who had to face such an unimaginable loss. I hope they've found some peace in the time since.
