Hi everyone,
I’ve been reading through the posts here and I just can’t stop thinking about Jamari and the impact his death must have had on those who knew and loved him. I stumbled upon a post from the Palm Beach Post about his case and it really hit me—how can someone just disappear from the lives of their family and friends without any answers? I’m hoping that by keeping his story alive, we can maybe contribute to finding some closure for them. Does anyone know if there’s been any recent community gathering or vigil to honor him and keep the conversation going about preventing violence in West Palm Beach? I think it’s so important to support each other and remember the lives lost to these senseless acts. If anyone has any updates or knows how to get involved, please share. It feels like every little bit helps.
Take care, and let’s keep Jamari and his loved ones in our thoughts.
I was reading about Jamari Jenkins' case again and can't shake the thought of how the community must be feeling. Losing someone so young and full of potential is something that leaves an indelible mark on everyone affected. I noticed there's been some discussion about how the lack of witnesses is really hampering the investigation. It makes me wonder about the role of nearby surveillance cameras or if there were any Ring doorbells in the area that might have captured something useful.
It's been a few years now, and I can't imagine how tough it must be for Jamari's family not having closure. Cases like this remind me of the importance of community support. If you live in the area or have connections there, spreading awareness doesn't cost anything but could potentially help unearth new information. It’s crucial we remain vigilant in offering the support needed to break the silence that often surrounds these tragedies. My heart goes out to everyone touched by this loss.
