I’ve been thinking a lot about the bravery of Kenneth Ross, Edward’s father. I can’t begin to imagine the pain this family is going through in the wake of such a traumatic event. It’s truly remarkable how Kenneth found the courage to speak out and help with the investigation, even after witnessing something so horrific. The sheer strength and will it must have taken to relive those moments in court — it’s an immense burden. It's a testament to the love he must have had for “King Edward” that he wanted justice at all costs. I hope he’s finding some support and comfort during this difficult time from the community that held his son in such high regard. The emotional scars of such an event can be so long-lasting, and I'm truly hoping for any little bit of peace that might come their way.
I'm still thinking about Edward's tragic passing. One thing that stood out to me was the role of Jorge L. "King" Perez in orchestrating the robbery. It's chilling to think someone so young, just 22, could be the mastermind behind such a devastating crime. I keep wondering what could lead someone to plan something so horrifying. It feels like a harsh reminder of how the choices we make can ripple outward and cause so much pain. Edward seemed like such a vibrant and beloved figure in his community, and knowing that his life was cut short because of such senseless violence is incredibly unsettling. My heart goes out to his family as they navigate this difficult journey. If anyone has insights or thoughts on what might have motivated Perez, I'd be interested to discuss.
Hey everyone,
I've been following the Edward Ross case closely and something that really strikes me is the relationship between Edward and his father, Kenneth Ross. It's beyond heartbreaking to think about a parent witnessing the loss of their child in such a violent and shocking way. From everything I’ve read, Kenneth and Edward seemed to share a close bond, which makes this tragedy even more devastating. I can't even begin to imagine what Kenneth went through that night, and what he continues to go through every day.
It's important for us as a community to support those who have lost loved ones. If anyone knows of any local support groups or memorials that are being organized in Edward's memory, please share. Keeping Edward and his family in my thoughts. Let's make sure his story isn't forgotten.
Stay safe, everyone.
