I’ve been following the updates on Keisha Lowe's case, and one thing I can't stop thinking about is the timing of the shooting. Early afternoon? That's broad daylight! It makes you wonder how someone could be so brazen. I walk those streets often, and it's usually such a quiet neighborhood around Wilts Street at that time of day. The community vibe is one of the reasons Keisha loved it there, I'm sure. It's so unsettling to think this could happen out in the open like that. I truly hope the police piece together what happened and why. It’s hard not to speculate, but I keep thinking about how these senseless acts impact our sense of safety. Sending strength and love to Keisha's family as they seek answers and to everyone in the community feeling on edge right now. Let’s hope justice is served soon and that this leads to some meaningful changes in our approach to preventing violence.
