Does anyone have any thoughts on the fact that Paul Edward Levang left behind crucial personal documents like his driver’s license and Social Security card? It seems strange to me that he would leave those behind if he was planning to disappear deliberately. If he was avoiding legal trouble, wouldn’t he need his ID? I'm wondering if this points to someone taking him by surprise, or maybe he left in a hurry thinking he would come back soon. Or could it be that leaving them behind was a deliberate act to mislead investigators? Would love to hear what others think.
Has anyone else noticed that Paul Edward Levang left behind all his personal documents like IDs and his Social Security card? I wonder if there’s more to that decision. I mean, if he really wanted to disappear voluntarily because of his legal troubles, wouldn't he need some form of ID to start over somewhere new? Or is it possible he thought it would be easier to vanish without them, maybe to throw off any potential searches? This aspect of the case just seems odd to me and makes you question whether it was really voluntary or if something else happened entirely. Curious to hear what others think!
