I was reading about the tragic case of little Daquane James Felix Jr., and it just breaks my heart to think of the pain his family must be going through. I can't even imagine how his grandmother felt, thinking it was just firecrackers only to find something so awful had happened. What's really troubling is how these violent acts are affecting entire communities. I mean, just a kid playing in his own living room should never be a victim of such madness. It's scary that no arrests have been made yet. I'm really hoping that someone comes forward with information. It's so important for the community to unite and help bring those responsible to justice. My thoughts are with Daquane's family and everyone impacted by this terrible event.
