I can't stop thinking about the bravery Norman's family showed during such a terrifying moment. It's horrifying to imagine the sheer chaos and fear they must have felt as they managed to escape through a window with their infant daughter amidst such violence. The strength it took for them to get away is truly commendable. It's beyond tragic that a place that should have been a sanctuary for them turned into the scene of such a senseless act. My heart goes out to Norman’s family as they cope with such an unimaginable loss.
