I've been following the case of Arnieceia Milton, and I can't stop thinking about the lasting impact her loss has had on her two young children. It's incredibly difficult to imagine what they are going through, especially the eight-year-old who is now old enough to understand some of what happened. Losing a mother so suddenly and tragically must be immensely confusing and painful for them. I genuinely hope that Arnieceia's family has been able to find some support within the community to help guide her children through this horrible time. It's important that in situations like this, we remember the innocent lives affected and rally around those who have been left behind. The fact that the community has been vocal and active through vigils and events gives me some hope that Arnieceia's kids will be surrounded by love and support as they grow up. Has anyone else come across any stories of how the community is continuing to support them?
