I can't stop thinking about the surviving victim in this case. It's so hard to grasp what they went through and what they're continuing to endure, especially after surviving such a horrific attack. It feels like people often focus on those who’ve passed, understandably, but I think it's important to remember this person's trauma and journey to recovery. I hope they're getting all the support they need. The courage and resilience to keep going after being held captive, tortured, and then watching others suffer the ultimate fate is unimaginable. My thoughts really go out to them and their family—hoping for healing and justice for everyone affected. How do you all think the justice system can better support victims/survivors of such brutal crimes? Any thoughts?
