Has anyone here looked into the lack of lighting on East 31st Street, where Nolan was shot? I came across a few discussions online where residents have been complaining about poorly lit streets in that area for some time now. It's deeply concerning because proper lighting can be such a simple yet effective measure to improve safety. I can't help but wonder if certain improvements could have made a difference on that tragic night. Nolan seemed like such a promising young man with his whole life ahead of him. It's gut-wrenching to see another potential life taken too soon, and I just hope more can be done to prevent tragedies like this in the future.
