Nolan Antwan Jr. Coley, an 18-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was shot and killed on February 15, 2016. The shooting took place in the 1900 block of East 31st Street. Coley was found by authorities suffering from gunshot wounds, and despite attempts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly afterward. His death was one of many in a violent period for Baltimore in 2016, with gun violence affecting many young people in the city.
