I've been pondering over the role of McGriff in all this. While Greggory James III was the one who actually pulled the trigger, it's becoming clear to me that Delquan McGriff's involvement is more than just the getaway driver who led the police on a wild pursuit. Think about it: driving a car with a Texas plate in Florida isn't exactly discreet, especially if you're planning something like this. Was the intent to mislead investigators about who was involved geographically? Also, I can't help but wonder what exactly the "ongoing dispute" was about. Was McGriff somehow entangled in it, possibly escalating the situation to a breaking point? Was there more behind the scenes, stirring this pot of tragedy? It's a sad and infuriating thought that maybe Justin Sumlar never stood a chance, caught in a web that entangled more people than are being talked about. My heart goes out to Justin's friends and family. Their grief over losing someone in such a violent way must be immense. I'm hoping that as this case stays in the spotlight, more clarity emerges about all the players involved and why this had to happen in the first place.
