I can't stop thinking about what Ramiek's family must be going through. It's so overwhelming to imagine him arriving for such a joyful occasion, only for it to end in such tragedy. I read that Ramiek had just started a new job and was doing well in school—he had his whole life ahead of him. ? It’s frustrating that there still aren’t any leads or suspects. It's like the system is failing the family. It makes you wonder about the ShotSpotter technology. Is it actually helping? Are there any strategic improvements JSO could consider to better prevent or respond to incidents like this? I hope people in the Durkeeville community find the courage to speak up. They could hold crucial pieces of the puzzle that can lead to justice for Ramiek. Sending love and strength to his family. Please consider donating to the GoFundMe if you can. Every bit helps. Let's keep Ramiek's story alive, so whoever did this can't hide in silence. ??
