Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Xavier Lewis Jr., and something that's been sticking with me is the location where it all took place. Mercy Market on Mercy Drive — it's supposed to be a community spot, right? Somewhere folks can gather, grab some groceries, and hang out safely. It just feels so wrong that a place meant to serve its neighborhood was the backdrop for such a terrible incident. I can't imagine what his family and friends are going through. It's unsettling to think about how many people use that market daily, probably still recalling that awful day on December 4, 2021. I wonder if increased security measures or community initiatives have been put in place since then to help people feel safe again. Communities deserve places where they can thrive, not live in fear. Really hoping someone out there knows something, anything, that could help. Xavier was so young, and it just feels like there's got to be more we can do to help find who did this. If anyone hears updates or has any ideas on how the community can get involved, please share. - Caring_Orlandoian
