I’ve been following Brien Thomas Vogt’s case and something that caught my attention was the unverified sightings of him in Fairbanks, Alaska. Given his ties to Alaska from growing up there, it kind of makes sense that he might have tried to head back that way. But the distance from Tacoma to Fairbanks is no joke, especially if he was hitchhiking all on his own. Has anyone ever looked into the kind of connections or friends he might have had in Fairbanks? It feels like there might be more to those sightings. Or, could it be that someone was helping him travel under the radar for some reason? Every time I read about this, I can’t help but wonder if maybe a community up there holds some clues that were just never uncovered. Thoughts?
