This is a horrifying story. What did the killer do with her head? This is so strange. It says Michael Raymond Popp was charged with her murder in 2024. Why would it take so long to match up his DNA. I have heard stories of DNA backlogs that are years long but about 40 years later? He already lived his life. I hope he is miserable for the remaining time he has left.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Terry Dolowy case for a while now and have always been curious about the specific timeline on the night she disappeared. I wonder if anyone has any more detailed info about the hours leading up to 1:00 a.m. when she returned home? Did anyone see or hear anything unusual around Piggy’s Restaurant when she finished her shift? The fact that her door was ajar and nothing seemed to be missing is so strange. Also, does anyone know if there were any recent developments with potential new evidence, especially concerning the confession? It's been almost 40 years, and it seems like such a long time for a case to remain unsolved. I’m really hoping they can piece things together with this new lead. Any local sleuths with insights or even speculation?
Has anyone else noticed the eerie timing of Terry's disappearance? She went missing on Valentine's Day, which makes me wonder if it could have a connection to someone who either knew her or had an emotional motive. Given that her fiancé found the door ajar, did they investigate any acquaintances or regulars from Piggy's Restaurant? Sometimes people close to the victim are overlooked if there isn’t immediate evidence. And the fact that her dog, Suzie, also went missing is so strange. Could it be someone she trusted, who knew she would be alone? I hope they look deeper into her social circles from that time, especially now with this new confession.
